Season 3 Episode Guide

The Wraith have discovered the way to earth and how to modify their hyperdrive engines to get there. Meanwhile Ronan and McKay are prisoners on board Michael's hive ship and the queen is determined to reach the new feeding ground.

Richard Woolsey evaluates wether or not Dr. Weir should remain in command of the important Pegasus Galaxy outpost of Atlantis. Meanwhile Sheppard's team must decide what to do with a group of Wraith that they have turned into humans.

Sheppard and his team visit a planet and meet its leader Lucius Lavin who has a strange ability to make people adore him when the team invites him back to Atlantis the few who are not affected must figure out the reason.

When the team visits a planet they are captured by the locals who hand Ronan over to the Wraith. The Wraith then take him back to Sateda and set him loose in the rubble of his old home to hunt him once again.

Elizabeth Weir joins the team on a mission to Asuras a world inhabited by an advanced society of millions. It doesnt take them long to conclude that the Asurans are unascended ancients who possess a vast supply of Zero Point Modules.

Dr Elizabeth Weir wakes up in a sanitarium outside of Washington D.C. She learns from the doctors treating her psychosis that she has been catatonic for days and everything she believes about the Stargate and the Atlantis expedition is a figment of her imagination.

Colonel Sheppard is captured and finds himself in a prison cell adjacent to another prisoner a Wraith who has been seperated from his hive for many years.

Rodney McKay returns to Earth to reconnect with his estranged sister, once herself a brilliant scientist who years ago decided to settle down and have a family.

The team goes on a mission to find antoher team who have not checked in, on the planet they find the team dead and they appeared to have killed each other. As the team begin to expirience strange visions they must discover what is affecting them before it is too late.

The Atlantis team must take back Atlantis from the Asurans and rescue General Oneill and Richard Woolsey who have been taken captive and are being interrogated.

The expedition on atlantis start seeing ancients and a burned man around the city. It turns out that the whales in the ocean are trying to communicate to the expedition of an impending threat. They learn that a solar eruption is about to occur and kill all life on the planet.

The team runs across Lucius Lavin who is posing as an invincible hero and manipulating a village by using an ancient personal shield.

After activating an ancient device found in atlantis McKay develops the ability to read people's minds and other abilities that the ancients had on their path to ascension he then realises that if he doesnt learn to ascend in time he will die.

Sheppard and Mckay descover that the competitive video game they have been playing is not a game and now two civilisations stand on the brink of war.

The atlantis team discovers a space station with an entire civilisation in suspended animation. When the station is damaged the entire civilisation is at risk.

It is an average Sunday afternoon in Atlantis well until a bomb explodes. Three people are killed and more are injured.

While investigating the recent loss of contact with the Teranians, the atlantis team encounters a deadly creature that may be responsible. Little do they know that an old enemy has set a trap for them.

After the Atlantis team learns that the Asurans are building a fleet of ships Earth orders a preemptive strike against the Asuran homeworld. The Asurans then attack Atlantis and the only hope for the team is to come up with a risky plan to fly the city of the planet.
