Background Information: Dex was a runner for several years afer the wraith captured him he was hunted for sport by the Wraith untill the atlantis team removed the tracking device.

Profile and Assignment: First encountered on the planet P3M-736 by Teyla and Sheppard as they were looking for the missing Lt Ford. Dex held them captive until he decided to accept their help with removing the Wraith tracking device from his back. Dex was once a soldier for his home planet Sateda where he was captured by the Wraith when they culled his planet years ago, 300 satedans survived the culling but is planet was destroyed by the Wraith. When ronan stayed overnight in a village a few years ago the wraith came and destroyed the whole village because of the tracking device in his back.

When he was captured the Wraith attempted to feed on him but were unable to do so ronan's physiology is unique as the Wraith are unable to feed on him and he can recover from a stunner blast within seconds. Ronan also has an advanced gun which has a stun and kill setting this is the main weapon he uses on the offworld missions.
